I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from Nagoya station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were cozy and had a cool touch with paintings of musical instruments on the walls. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful in planning our outings. The dining options were varied, especially the breakfast at The Crusty Crab next to the hotel. However, the rooms were a bit cramped for space, and the dining experience could have been more diverse.
